The Images for Ancillary Task

Both of these images are in the raw version. As we create the poser and magazine front cover, we will air brush them and make them look more 'perfect'.

Poster image:




















These are the two images which we hope to use for our poster. The red one is of "blood splatters". What we aim to do with this is, use the magnetic lasso tool in photo shop, to copy some of the splodges onto the bat, as it is was the thing she was killed with. We have used the same skirt and bat that we used in the trailer, to relate it back and we have kept it dark because we want our writing to be white and red (the only bright thing of the poster.)

Magazine Image:

This is the raw image, which we are going to go with. When it comes to creating the magazine front cover, we will air brush the face to make it look professional. The reason we have used red is because we have already planned our title to be red, so this would complement it greatly- this is the same for the lipstick and the nail varnish. The reason we have included the bat is to relate it back to our trailer as it is the murder weapon. The actress is the same however she isn't in character here so it looks more casual.
